IS AN APPLICATION REQUIRED BEFORE SHOWING THE INSIDE OF A UNIT?
We ask that you look at the online pictures. We ask that you drive by the unit and see the neighborhood. To schedule a showing to see the inside we want to make sure you are approved to be able to rent the property. The applications are to rent from our company and are not necessarily tied to one property. Once approved you can look at any available property you would like.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET APPROVED?
With all the required information, applications take 3-5 business days to entirely process .
HOW MUCH IS MY SECURITY DEPOSIT?
Security Deposits are equal to 1 month’s rent. We may require an additional Security Deposit in some cases.
HOW CAN I PAY MY RENT?
Rent can be mailed, paid in person at our office (located at 4024 Belle Grove Road, Brooklyn Park MD 21225), or online through our resident portal. We accept cash, money orders, or credit cards. Please make sure money orders are made payable to Dunne Wright Services.
Our office has a 24-hour secure Drop Box out front for added convenience. Please make sure your name and address is on all payments.
WHAT DO YOU BASE YOUR APPROVAL DECISIONS ON?
We base the majority of our decision on Rental History and Employment History. We do look at credit, but base very little of our decision on credit.
WHAT CAN I DO TO HOLD A UNIT?
Once your application has been approved, a deposit of at least $500 can be made to hold a unit.
WHY DO YOU REQUIRE RENTERS INSURANCE?
Renters Insurance protects you, the renter, from anything from flooded basements, fires to having your car broken into. Renters Insurance costs about $12 to $25 per month.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET MY KEYS AND MOVE IN?
ou must be approved, all required documentation submitted, have BGE in your name for the property, have Renters Insurance, sign a lease and pay all required money up front.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
We are open Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturdays from 10am to 3pm.
